Our price list is updated every Thursday Afternoon with the latest stock, sources & prices. To receive the most up to date prices and stock availability when shopping please order after the Thursday afternoon update and before 6pm Friday. Click Here to find out more.

Is there a minimum order?
Yes we have a minimum order of £6.00.
Can I Place An Order By Phone?
Please call us on 07949 805695 by Friday 6 p.m. with your order. You can call your order in each week. Please leave your order on the voicemail if we don’t manage to answer your call, or send by text if you’d prefer.
Is there any flexibility over the contents of the veg boxes?
We are happy for you to customize your veg box by excluding up to two items and suggesting replacements. If you want to be more specific then we recommend you order individual items rather than a veg box.
How Do I Pay?
1. Through our online shop via PayPal
2. There are a number of ways you can pay when ordering using the price list. Please contact us either via email firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 07949805695 to arrange payment. This option is not available when ordering through our online shop.
Please settle any balance due within 7 days. Please make cheques payable to Arthur Street Trading Company Ltd.
When Will My Delivery Arrive?
Our Deliveries take place between Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday evening, depending on location.. See where and when we deliver here.
What If I’m Not At Home?
If no one is home to accept delivery we can leave your box in a convenient place – somewhere dry, on front step, in back garden/ shed – just let us know when you place your order. Please keep your old boxes clean and dry. We will collect them for re-use when we deliver your next order.
What If I Have To Cancel My Order?
If you have to cancel your order then please let us know before Friday 6 p.m. Orders cancelled after this time may still be charged to your account.
What If I Need To Complain?
As much as we try, things do not always run smoothly. We occasionally don’t get all the produce we order or we cannot check each item.
